Cancellation Policy

In order to facilitate the best experience for all of our patients, we must adhere to a firm Provider schedule. We require a credit card to reserve an appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-show appointments are charged $150.00. Thank you for your understanding and for your cooperation.
